
Management Traineeship – Packaging Alliance Europe

Start an international career in the packaging industry at Packaging Alliance Europe, a group of specialised packaging companies focused on innovation, customer orientation, and sustainable growth. The 12-month management traineeship combines hands-on experience with structured professional development in an environment that supports personal growth.
From day one, the programme follows a “learning by doing” approach. Trainees take on operational responsibilities while receiving structured training, coaching, and regular feedback. Insights into key business areas such as Food & Beverage, Pharma, Cosmetic, and Logistics are combined with opportunities to work across multiple European locations.

Programme structure
The programme combines project work with operational tasks. Depending on interests and strengths, participants can specialise in a specific area or rotate across functions, including:
- Sales & Marketing (customer relations, market research, digital tools)
- IT & Digitalisation (process optimisation, data analysis, system projects)
- Technical Purchasing & Supply Chain (supplier management, sourcing, cost efficiency)
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical mindset, hands-on approach, willingness to learn
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Dutch, German, French) are a plus
- Interest in industry, technology, and innovation
- Flexibility to work across Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands
