Accountant / Full-time

Location: Windhof (Belgian border)

For our group based in Windhof, we are looking for an Accountant.

Your responsibilities
(in cooperation with the Group Finance Manager – non-exhaustive list)

• Booking of purchase invoices and bank transactions
• Preparation of customer invoices and follow-up of payments
• Processing monthly and quarterly closings
• Contributing to monthly and quarterly reporting
• Preparation of annual accounts
• Preparation of tax returns and annexes (VAT, corporate income tax, etc.)

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive, accurate, dynamic, and autonomous
• Fluent in English (French, Dutch, or German is a plus)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another accounting tool
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (commercial company or accounting firm)
• Knowledge of Belgian and Luxembourg GAAP
• Knowledge of Belgian and Luxembourg taxation and VAT is a plus
